Big Wheel Diaper Trike

Hey everyone, I thought that I would post a few pics real quickly. A friend of mine is expecting her first child and is due in March, however she developed preeclampsia two days ago and went into the hospital. The doctors wanted to make sure that the baby remained within mommy for as long as possible, however her preeclamsia is so severe that is in active labor as I am writing this, so to celebrate her new little one coming into the world, I figured I better get busy on her baby shower gift, so....
This is what I did:

I have made plenty of diaper cakes in the past and have always wanted to try my hand at a big wheel diaper trike. I couldn't be any happier with the results! Creating this diaper trike is quite easy and perhaps in the future I can make a video tutorial. Please let me know what you think about my big wheel diaper trike and about possibly filming a tutorial in the future.

Sad News

Hello everyone, over the last month, I had been getting in a more and more creative mood and trying my hand at filming some tutorials that I still have to edit. However on Tuesday January 31st, I received some very devastating news.
Let me begin by saying that in August of 2011 my boyfriend proposed to me, and right away I knew who I wanted my maid of honor to be. My friend CHisa was the only person I wanted to stand beside me on the day I was to marry the love of my life. Chisa live in Tokyo, Japan and when I emailed her on August 8th of last year she was ecstatic to be my maid of honor and was looking forward to the wedding, and I would get in touch with her to let her know the exact date. To make a long story short, that was the last time I heard from her. I continued emailing her with no response and her email soon became full and I could no longer contact her. So on Tuesday January 31st I found her parents telephone number in my craft room and decided to call and see if Chisa's email had been changed and if there was a better way to contact her. I called her mother who speaks very very little English and she informed me that Chisa had passed away in August 2011. In fact she passed away 10 days after the last time I emailed her.
I hope that you all will forgive me for not being in the right mood and state of mind to be crafting and posting tutorials. I hope to be feeling better soon, but I just think that it will take time for my heart to heal and for me to get back to my creative self and planning my wedding. I hope that you all understand? Thank you
